Janine Beek
has been part of the Alsterkrug family since February 2002
Responsibilities:
Mrs Beek is your hostess and holds the team and the threads in the entire hotel together.

I particularly appreciate the good and cordial cooperation throughout the team.
Deputy Director
Petra Ryba
has been part of the Alsterkrug familysince August 1993
Responsibilities:
Mrs Ryba is responsible for the entire Food & Beverage area as well as accounting and administration. She knows the Alsterkrug better than anyone else here.

Don't hesitate to ask Petra.
What do you like about the Alsterkrug?
I particularly appreciate the personal and respectful interaction with each other.
Personnel management
Gabriele Templin
has been part of the Alsterkrug family since May 2012
Area of responsibility:
Mrs Templin is the contact person for all personnel matters. From recruiting to contracts, wages, personnel development, training support and projects.
Her motto:
Only those who burn themselves can light a fire in others!

Housekeeper
Jolanta Kühl
has been part of the Alsterkrug family since February 2012
Responsibilities:
Mrs Kühl is responsible for housekeeping and is therefore the contact person for cleanliness, hygiene and well-being at the Alsterkrug.
Her motto:
Not at home but still at home.
What do you like about the Alsterkrug?
I appreciate the family atmosphere in a sophisticated establishment. A relaxed place in Hamburg for families, business travellers and Hamburg explorers.
Rooms Division Manager
Nina Redecker
has been part of the Alsterkrug family since June 2012
Responsibilities:
Mrs Redecker is our Rooms Division Manager and is the contact person for all matters relating to rooms and reservations.
Her motto:
It's better to stumble along new paths than to get stuck on old ones.
What do you like about the Alsterkrug?
I appreciate the family atmosphere, the short decision-making processes and the fact that private and professional needs and wishes are always catered for.
Conventional Sales Coordinator
Sabine Lexow
has been part of the Alsterkrug family since July 2024
Responsibilities:
Mrs Lexow is responsible for the banqueting department and is the contact person for all enquiries in the event and conference sector.

All challenges can be mastered pragmatically and with humour.

Carolin Sontag
has been part of the Alsterkrug family since July 2023
Responsibilities:
Mrs Sontag is our reception manager at the front desk and is the contact person for all matters relating to our guests' stay at the Alsterkrug Hotel.

Jan Bronsert
Jan Bronsert

Responsibilities:
Mr. Bronsert is responsible for the planning and organization of all aspects of catering in our Alsterkrug Hotel. This includes ensuring the quality of food and beverages. He is also responsible for optimizing guest service to create an unforgettable experience.
