The lady in reception with short hair to the neck was very rude. I was on phone call and waiting her colleague to give me the receipt. She looked at me and she said go there talk on your phone i have customer here. I told here i am waiting for the receipt , I am not just standing here for no reason. The girl as well who was working on Wednesday and Thursday evening shift, she didnt follow up on my requests and she was rude as well. I paid for suite 8 days, and i wasnt getting what you suppose to provide. She denied providing Iron and she knew i have pilot interview, and she said oh sorry no iron left. After i start to shout, she brought one in 5 minutes. Why she didnt do that before i even shout, and if she can do something. The room was dirty, even when they clean it. I took pictures and videos, and all will be published on our social media to stop all the DLR people to come over to you and more. No replenishing for coffee tea and even the wood sticks. Coffee machine was full of capsules and never been cleaned till i asked. Toilet was dirty. And i showed your colleague at the reception all the pictures and videos and complained about the coffee bar nothing being cleaned and added as coffee sugar and tea. I have all the videos and pictures which will be used, you know why? Because you haven't even apologized, and you have not done anything which shows your hospitality. Email me to share the videos and pictures, then you tell me if i am wrong or no. This is not acceptable at all. PAYING you money, i must receive excellent service.
