Janine Beek

Ms. Beek is the General Manager and holds the team as well as the strings together throughout the hotel.

I particularly appreciate the good and heartily cooperation in the entire team.
Petra Ryba
has been part of the Alsterkrug family since August 1993
Department:
Ms. Ryba is responsible for the entire Food & Beverage area as well as accounting and administration. She knows the Alsterkrug better than anyone else here.

Don't despair ask Petra.
What do you appreciate within the Alsterkrug family?
I especially appreciate the personal and respectful interaction with each other.
Gabriele Templin
has been part of the Alsterkrug family since May 2012
Department:
Ms. Templin is the contact person for all human ressource matters. From recruiting to contracts, salary, employee development, training support up to individual projects.

I appreciate the different characters and nationalities of our team, with whom we bring our fun and passion up to a common success.
Jolanta Kühl
is part of the Alsterkrug family since February 2012
Department:
Ms. Kühl is responsible for the housekeeping and is therefore the contact person for cleanliness, hygiene and general well-being at Alsterkrug.

Not your home but nevertheless a home for everybody.
What do you appreciate within the Alsterkrug family?
I appreciate the contrast of a family atmosphere in a demanding house. A relaxed place in Hamburg for families, business travelers and tourists.
Nina Redecker
has been part of the Alsterkrug family since June 2012
Department:
Ms. Redecker is our Rooms Division Manager and is the person of contact for all matters related to rooms and reservation processes.
Her motto:
It is better to stumble on new paths than to stop on old ones.

I appreciate the family atmosphere as well as the short decision-making processes and the fact that private and professional needs and wishes are always taken into account.
Sabine Lexow
has been part of the Alsterkrug family since July 2024
Responsibilities:
Ms. Lexow is responsible for the banquet department and is the contact person for all inquiries in the event and conference area.

Carolin Sontag

Ms. Sontag is our Front Office Manager and is the contact person for all matters of our guests regarding their stay in the Alsterkrug Hotel.
