As a family-run private hotel, personal service and individuality are at the heart of what we do. The hotel has 105 high-quality rooms with modern decor, split into three different categories, as well as three restaurants and a bistro. For conferencing and events, we have six function rooms with modern amenities, which can accommodate up to 50 people.
The food on offer in the Alsterkrug Restaurant, Bierstube (ale house) and Garden & Lounge has the strong regional and Hanseatic character you’d expect from a traditional company. A light range of dishes with a Mediterranean influence completes the blend of the modern and the traditional.
In the BRABAND Bistro & Wein, an extension run as part of the hotel since the end of 2010, our guests can enjoy the flavours of Mediterranean bistro cuisine, with the freshest of ingredients in a magical atmosphere beside the river Alster. At BRABAND we pay a great deal of attention to our selection of wines. Our range is put together with a focus on variety and quality.
