The traditional Finish Sauna is known for its healing properties for hundreds of years. The healthy effect on the metabolism and the circulation strengthens the immune system. Every 30 minutes, there is a sauna infusion.

Soft Sauna

approx. 50°C / 10-50% humidity
Dimmed light and comfortable 50 degrees have a soothing effect on body and spirit. Enhance your well-being and escape from the everyday stress.

Steam Room

approx. 45°C / 100% humidity
Let the soft, moist warmth penetrate into your body and feel the steam smoothing your skin.

Wellness Lounge

For a small refreshing break, the cozy wellness lounge welcomes you with its comfortable lounge furniture. In the sauna area, refresh yourself by using the ice fountain or enjoy our wellness showers. We recommend to combine your sauna session with a stimulating contrast bath.

Relaxation Room

Relaxation is important, especially after a sauna visit. Antique brickwork and a blazing fire ensure a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Lay down on our comfortable loungers and dream away.

You are only one workout away from a good mood! You can get into shape by using our high-quality cardio equipment by Life Fitness. In the air-conditioned room you have an elliptical cross-trainer, a treadmill, a spinning bike, and a weights tower.
