The gateway to the world: Hamburg

Even a walk from Baumwall to the Landungsbrücken is impressive. The muffled honking of the departing ships, the seagulls, the wind and the view of the large museum ships, such as the Rickmer Rickmers, which are already part of the harbour scene. If you want to go shopping in St. Pauli on a Sunday morning, the fish market is the place to be. Early in the morning, the market criers are busy at Hamburg's fish market, advertising their wares. A very special spectacle.
