By the way, we have opened the asparagus season; why don't you take a look at our asparagus menu? As you know, we attach great importance to the quality and origin of our products. This year the asparagus comes from the Niemann farm on the Lüneburg Heath.
For all those who have not yet seen it, a visit is doubly worthwhile - we have used the Corona phase and completely renovated all public areas such as our restaurant and bar.
