before arrival
If you book directly in our hotel, you will receive your individual invitation to check in online with the booking confirmation. It is important that you have provided your e-mail address. Now you have time until you arrive to complete your data and fill out your registration form. In addition, we will remind you of this option shortly before your arrival. Just follow the link in the invitation.
Alternatively, you can check in any time with your name and your booking number by following the link below.
at arrival
You have two options to get your room-key-card.
The fastest way is at our express check-in terminal in the lobby. Simply scan the QR code, complete the data if necessary and encode the key card for your room - done! Alternatively, our team at reception will assist you and provide your room key.
Don't worry, if you don't want to use the online check-in, you can of course continue to check in at the reception or we will support you at the terminal.
at departure
The online check-out including payment is super easy and contactless! You will then receive your invoice directly by email. Give it a go!
