Before arrival
When you book at our hotel, you will receive your personalised access to your digital guest journey as soon as you confirm your booking. It is important that you have entered your e-mail address. Now you have time until your arrival to complete your details and fill in your registration form digitally. We will also remind you of this option shortly before your arrival. Simply follow the link.
on arrival
If you have not yet filled in your details online, you can do this at reception on the day of arrival. You will receive your room key at reception during the check-in process. By entering your e-mail address, we will also accompany you digitally throughout your stay from this point at the latest.
On departure
Check-out, including payment, is also super easy and contactless online! In the early morning of your departure day, you will receive an email from us inviting you to check out online. Simply follow the link. You can conveniently pay your outstanding bill in your room or at breakfast and complete the check-out process.
You will then receive your invoice directly by e-mail. You can pay with your VISA, MASTERCARD or Maestro.
