With a management-orientated dual study programme, you will be optimally prepared for these tasks of the future. We work together with the IU International University (dual study programme in Hamburg) and offer a dual study programme in the following courses:
Hotel Management Tourism Management (B.A.)
- Seminar and lecture blocks directly at the IU
- Practical part at the Alsterkrug Hotel
- weekly alternation between university and company
Familiarisation with all operational areas in the first year
- Welcoming, advising and looking after guests
- Food and beverage service, wine service
- Preparing and checking guest rooms
- Working with the hotel booking system - Guestline and managing a hotel cash register
Familiarisation with all administrative areas from the second year onwards
- Conduct sales talks and prepare offers
- Plan, organise and carry out events
- Accounting and control activities
- Plan staff deployment, conduct guest correspondence, merchandise management
