You will inspire us:
- At least a good secondary school leaving certificate
- Age of majority is an advantage
- Initial practical experience through an internship in the hotel/catering industry is an advantage
- Flexibility and organisational skills

- Guest-orientation and good manners
- Good knowledge of MS Office programmes
- Very good knowledge of German and English, further language skills are an advantage

Your tasks:

- Welcoming, advising and looking after guests
- Preparing and checking guest rooms
- Serving food and drinks, wine service
- Service, food and beverage knowledge
- Decorating rooms and tables
- Working at the bar - mixing cocktails and mixed drinks
- Different types of service - e.g. carving, filleting, working at the guest's table
- Conducting sales talks and preparing offers
- Making event arrangements, calculations, creating functions
- Work with a hotel booking system and manage a hotel cash register
- Plan, organise and carry out events on site
- Plan staff deployment, merchandise management
- Coordinate service processes and manage a service station
