Here’s how you’ll impress us:

- Being of legal age is an advantage
- Initial practical experience gained through an internship in the hotel and catering industry is an advantage
- Flexibility and organisational skills

- Guest-oriented approach and good manners, well-groomed appearance
- Good knowledge of MS Office programmes
- Very good command of German and English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
Your responsibilities:

- Welcoming, advising and looking after guests
- Preparing and checking guest rooms, and drawing up cleaning schedules
- Serving food and drinks; wine service and working at the guest’s table
- Conducting sales discussions, preparing costings and quotations
- Working with a hotel booking system – Guestline – and operating a hotel till system – Gatronovi
- Planning, organising and running events
- Gain an insight into sales and marketing tasks – guest reviews, statistics, website, etc.
- Planning staff rota, handling guest correspondence, stock management
- Guest mailings
- Handling bookings and gaining an insight into group bookings
- Insights into revenue management
