- Welcoming, advising and looking after guests
- Set up and check guest rooms and create cleaning plans
- Serving food and drinks; wine service and working at the guest's table
- Conducting sales talks, preparing calculations and offers
- work with a hotel booking system - Guestline, and manage a hotel cash register - Gatronovi
- Planning, organising and running events
- Insights into sales & marketing tasks - guest reviews, statistics, homepage...
- Planning staff deployment, guest correspondence, merchandise management
- Guest mailings
- Reservation processing and insight into group reservations
- Insights into revenue management
