  • Producing, processing and preparing food
  • Use professional kitchen technology and modern equipment
  • Consider nutritional, economic and ecological aspects
  • Observe hygiene regulations
  • Cooking and preparing regional and international dishes/dishes
  • Plan and prepare menus / food sequences for events
  • Present products, organise buffets
  • Advise guests
  • Planning and calculating menu sequences
